KLAS is a data-driven company working to improve the world's healthcare by lifting up the voices of providers and payers. KLAS works with thousands of healthcare professionals to compile real-world insights on software, services, and medical equipment. Through this work, KLAS produces reports, trending data, and statistical overviews to enable healthcare delivery organizations (HDOs) to evaluate vendors. The annual Best in KLAS report assesses the overall performance of each product and service then grades the customer’s experience across the following pillars: culture, loyalty, operations, product, relationship, and value. The award is given to only one vendor per category, and we are honored to have received it for the fifth year in a row.
Claroty could not have won this achievement without the dedicated customers who shared their experience using Claroty xDome with KLAS. For these testimonials and continued support, Claroty is truly grateful. We appreciate the partnership and ongoing feedback from our customers and would like to take the time to highlight some of their reviews:
A Manager shared in January 2025, “There is no comparable product. The amount of work that goes into building this does not make it easy to replicate. Claroty’s ability and the way they have worked with a variety of vendors to help bolster their algorithms is not something somebody can reproduce. I don't think it is possible. xDome has been a transformative product in a hospital environment, and I imagine that other large environments would have a similar observation. I enjoy the people I work with at Claroty. They have done a great job and have transformed the way I work. They make it feel like a smaller company than it is. I can't imagine trying to do any of my jobs without xDome. The best outcome we have seen is device visibility. That would probably be the first thing anyone would say. I can't express what it was like in the old days when we had to walk around a sprawling organization like ours with this many locations trying to find things or keep inventory correct and maintained over time. It was just impossible, so this product is great.”
A VP/Other Executive wrote in April 2024, “Claroty did a fabulous job communicating their road map. They are proactive. Sometimes with vendors, I have to ask about their strategy. Claroty wants customers to be a part of their strategy and road map. There is session planning beforehand, and once decisions are made, the vendor makes certain to reconvene and communicate the plan and revision time frames.”
A Director told KLAS analysts in January 2025, “I honestly don't think xDome has any functionality gaps. Claroty is actively extending their offering. Claroty's enhancements keep coming. Their application has been noticeably streamlined as far as the UX is concerned. The amount of data is just incredible. It is really easy to export if we need any issues. We used them with a cybersecurity vendor's outage. We get the data we need, and it is very rich data. I am excited about some of the ability to map this. They are extending or enhancing their risk algorithm, and we just get more and more information. So, I just see there is a very upward trajectory in terms of the capabilities that are given to us on a regular basis.”
We’d like to thank our customers for helping us achieve this distinctive honor once again. In the upcoming year, Claroty aims to continue to innovate and serve our customers who depend on our expertise in healthcare CPS protection. Through leading device discovery, exposure management, threat detection, network protection, and more, Claroty xDome is ready to secure the devices and systems that HDOs depend on day in and day out.
